STEAM Academy Preschool and JETSET on the Mat invite you to join us for Moms on the Mat at the MAP...(Dads welcome too!), a FREE 50-minute mat Pilates class designed to build strength, improve mobility, and leave you feeling refreshed through mindful movement. Whether you're new to Pilates or a seasoned practitioner, this class is open to all fitness levels.
